Travel Information

Kingswinford Medical Practice is easy to locate.  We are situated on a main road position on the A4101 which is the main road from Dudley which runs past Russells Hall Hospital and continues through Pensnett and into Kingswinford Centre.

We are situated at the junction of the A4101 and Standhills Road. On the opposite corner to the surgery building is the large NPower building. If you have a sat nav it will bring you right to us.

Kingswinford Health Centre is situated on a main bus route from Dudley with the 205 bus stopping right outside the building.  We are also in easy walking distance from Kingswinford Cross and the 257 bus route which runs along the A491 from Stourbridge to Wall Heath and then goes back to Dudley via Stallings Lane and Gornal Wood.

Complaints

The practice has an in-house complaints procedure and the Business Practice Manager Victoria Evans (or in her absence Emma Drew)  should always be the first point of contact for complaints, comments and suggestions regarding any aspect of the surgery and the service that we provide.  Should you need to use this service please call us and ask for the Practice Manager who will explain the procedure fully. Our complaints policy can be obtained from reception. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can write to the:
